About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service and maintain high morale.
  • Utilize your extensive background in harvesting equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of agricultural machinery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, parts inventory management, and workflow optimization.
  • Mentor and train technicians, keeping them updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural equipment service and repair.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
