YOUR ROLE:

As an LPN at our healthcare center, you will be instrumental in providing empathetic care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, ensuring their comfort by monitoring their overall health and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a designated skilled nursing area.
  • Assign tasks and offer guidance in nursing methods and resident care according to established standards.
  • Ensure adherence to nursing care plans, documentation, and treatment schedules by nursing staff.
  • Perform nursing duties within the scope of licensure.
  • Administer prescribed medications, therapeutic treatments, and injections.
  • Observe, interpret, document, and report residents' responses accurately.
  • Communicate updates to nursing staff, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Our LPNs are supported by Certified Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides in delivering care to our residents.
