About the Role

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting with a specialization in pediatrics.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in a system of record
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Promote health, teach, and train family members
Requirements
  • Good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
