Position Overview:

Work Schedule:

We offer flexible part-time opportunities with evening shifts starting at competitive rates. Typical hours include:

  • 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., totaling 32 hours bi-weekly
  • 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., with options for 32 or 40 hours bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Care LPN, your duties will include:

  • Collaborating with team members to create and maintain individualized care plans for residents
  • Coordinating daily assignments and schedules within the household
  • Documenting any changes in residents' health status and communicating with the healthcare team
  • Administering medications and treatments while ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Providing direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities
  • Conducting regular evaluations and assessments to monitor resident health
  • Serving as a liaison for families and residents, ensuring effective communication

Work Environment:

This position is set in a long-term care facility, where you will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.


Job Type:

Part-time opportunities available, with expected hours ranging from 16 to 20 per week.


Compensation:

Starting pay from $27.00 per hour, with additional overtime pay available.


Specialty Focus:

This role primarily involves working with geriatric residents in a nurturing nursing home setting.
