Job Title: Store Operations Coordinator

At HomeGoods, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team as Store Operations Coordinators. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the frontline team to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Train and mentor associates on policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain cash controls, including change funds
  • Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure optimal coverage
  • Audit and approve paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Identify and report safety hazards
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to lift heavy merchandise and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
