The Regional Sales Executive role at Nihon Premium Wagyu offers a unique opportunity for a sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the premium meat market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

With a strong focus on building relationships with high-end meat distributors and national grocery chains, this role requires exceptional leadership qualities, CRM expertise, and a passion for delivering results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in managing sales teams and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Manage sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven strategies
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting and decision-making
  • Report on team and individual performance to senior management

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or manager, with a strong track record of sales success
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance
