Premium Meat Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in managing sales teams and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Manage sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven strategies
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting and decision-making
- Report on team and individual performance to senior management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proven experience as a supervisor or manager, with a strong track record of sales success
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance
