Key Responsibilities:- Develop and negotiate sourcing agreements tailored to specific categories of expenditure.
- Implement effective material sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct value-engineering sessions with subcontractors and internal teams to drive innovation.
- Continuously assess and improve subcontractor performance in quality, cost, and delivery.
- Rationalize the subcontractor base to ensure only the most qualified partners are engaged.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply and labor availability for our communities.
Candidates should possess strong financial management skills and project management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.
