We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our upcoming Volvo dealership. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the service department's growth and performance to meet strategic objectives.

You will also implement optimal business practices and uphold The Rusnak Standards to ensure exceptional satisfaction for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:


Welcome all clients entering the service area with a positive demeanor, address their inquiries, and guide them to the appropriate personnel or location.

Assist in managing service traffic and parking.

Verify if clients arriving for service have scheduled appointments. Record essential details such as the client's name, VIN, license plate number, mileage, and any pre-existing vehicle damage.

Manage service traffic flow and parking effectively.

Support the lot attendant with responsibilities at the service counter.

Respond to service drive phone inquiries.

Schedule appointments with advisors and confirm all bookings the day prior with clients.

Follow up on missed appointments daily and assist clients in rescheduling.

Escort clients to their vehicles after service completion.

Contact clients receiving Customer Satisfaction Surveys; document each interaction and submit weekly reports to the Service Manager.

Alert the Service Manager of any clients who rated their satisfaction below 100%.

Provide support for departmental tasks as needed for advisors and dispatch.

Perform administrative duties such as filing, document organization, faxing, and scanning.

Reach out to inactive clients to schedule service based on sales data, recalls, and service actions.

Assist the Service Manager in monitoring inventory vehicles for recalls and necessary service actions.

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience:

Provide a professional and exemplary experience by utilizing best practices.

Actively listen and communicate effectively to identify and document client concerns.

Recognize client needs beyond their expressed concerns and adopt a consultative, value-added approach.

Foster relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Integrate the "Rusnak Standard" with personal values in all interactions.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred:
Graduate of UTI or a trade school, or equivalent practical experience.

Required:
Valid California Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Education:
High School Diploma/

GED:
Desired

Licenses Required:
