Responsibilities
  • Create and execute daily drink menus in collaboration with our culinary team
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, as well as seasonal specials
  • Craft drinks to exacting standards, using only the finest ingredients and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service during peak periods
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Age 21+
  • Current Utah Food Handlers Permit
  • Current Sips & Tips Certification
  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
Compensation

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
