Position Overview

Ravenel Associates is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our Administration Department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a strong aptitude for managing daily responsibilities. Attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivation, punctuality, engagement, and focus are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telephone Management: Direct all incoming calls and resolve minor inquiries, such as account balance questions and maintenance issues. Prioritize urgent calls effectively.
  • Mail Operations: Handle both incoming and outgoing mail, including the preparation of letters for correspondence.
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) Oversight: Gather, review, and maintain vendor Certificates of Insurance, assisting with vendor profile management as necessary.
  • Key Oversight: Manage the check-out and return of keys, ensuring that key records are up-to-date.
  • Website Assistance: Support the updating of community websites and manage electronic correspondence.
  • Administrative Project Support: Provide assistance as required for various administrative initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
