Procurement Support Specialist Job Opportunity

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity to become a part of our team as a Procurement Support Specialist. In this position, you will collaborate with various teams to address their supply requirements, manage purchase orders, and ensure they are equipped with the essential resources for their operations. Your duties will also encompass contract oversight, tracking supply requests, and monitoring stock levels to facilitate seamless workflows. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong organizational and communication capabilities, be skilled in multitasking, and possess a solid understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and evaluate supply requests from different departments
  • Execute orders, liaise with suppliers, and nurture positive vendor relationships
  • Oversee inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary
  • Assess vendor proposals to make informed and cost-effective purchasing decisions
  • Manage vendor contracts as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a related position is advantageous
