About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Representative to support our team at The TemPositions Group of Companies. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and placing talented individuals in substitute teaching roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and interview high-volume applicants for substitute teaching positions
  • Exercise good judgment to match qualified candidates with job orders and follow up on assignment changes
  • Document detailed notes in our internal system and communicate with field employees via phone and email
  • Coach and educate field employees on policies and procedures, making employment status determinations and conducting terminations as needed
  • Audit field employee credentials to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Brainstorm new sources of educational staff recruitment and draft reminder messages for field employees

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high comfort level in speaking on the phone and making first contact calls
  • Bachelor's Degree and prior experience in customer service, staffing/recruitment, and/or education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and possess excellent follow-up skills
  • Driven to help people and possess a positive attitude, with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high degree of integrity, sense of urgency, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
