  • Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation, ensuring effective case management.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery, to support client interests.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, advocating for their rights and compensation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case management and successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on personal injury laws and legal developments, applying this knowledge to benefit clients.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • Licensed in New York State.
  • At least 5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law.
  • Strong work ethic and resilience to handle complex cases.
Compensation and Benefits:

$100,000-175,000 per year, plus bonus, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), health savings account, paid time off, referral program, dental insurance, and vision insurance. Opportunities for commissions as you grow with HKG.
