Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Endodontics faculty member to lead the Division of Endodontics at the University of California, San Francisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting predoctoral and advanced education levels, including lectures, seminars, laboratory, and clinical mentoring in all areas of endodontics.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students and residents in endodontics, including lectures, seminars, laboratory, and clinical experiences.
• Support the development and implementation of the endodontics curriculum, including clinical competencies and preparation for licensing exams.
• Contribute to research and scholarly activities, including grants, presentations, and publications.
• Provide patient care in the UCSF Dental Center faculty practice, meeting or exceeding established performance goals.
• Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, including committees, leadership, and continuing education.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in endodontics from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) accredited program.
• Experience in dental education and research, with a strong track record of publications and presentations.
• Eligibility for dental licensure in the State of California.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
