Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Director to join our team. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for leading the development of estimates and budgets for electrical and technology systems on large, complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage estimates and budgets for electrical and technology systems
  • Lead the preconstruction team in the development of project estimates and budgets
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates and budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide estimating and preconstruction processes and procedures
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in electrical estimating and preconstruction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and estimating software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
