The Director of Enterprise Applications at USP is responsible for leading the strategic development and management of the organization's enterprise business applications and platforms. This includes overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems to meet the organization's objectives.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IT applications, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to drive technological advancement that aligns with business objectives. They will lead a team of solution architects, software engineers, and application specialists to build and support high-quality, reliable, and scalable applications in an agile and cost-effective manner.

The Director will partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. They will also foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and productivity within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex enterprise application implementation and modernization projects. They will have experience managing large-scale enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, BPMS, BI, and other critical business applications.

Additionally, the Director will ensure the integration and interoperability of various systems to optimize business processes. They will manage relationships with software vendors and service providers involved in the delivery and support of enterprise applications.

The Director will also develop and manage the IT budget for enterprise applications, optimizing costs while delivering high-quality solutions. They will ensure all enterprise applications comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of USP's mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, and the ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders.

The Director will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise applications.

They will also have 5+ years of people management experience, proven experience managing large-scale enterprise applications, and a deep understanding of system architecture, integration, and data management.

The Director will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leads, Architects, and Engineers. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

The ideal candidate will be result-driven with demonstrated success in developing and delivering IT solutions on enterprise applications. They will have a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, experience in life science, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries, and experience in data analytics and business intelligence.

USP provides a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid time off, comprehensive healthcare options, and retirement savings. The base salary range is USD $157,500.00 – 209,500.00 annually, and the target annual bonus is % Varies based on level of role.
