Eminence Organic Skin Care Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, working approximately 1-2 days per week on a remote/telecommute basis.

This role involves partnering with existing Spa Partner accounts to provide exceptional training and sales support, working closely with our Outside Sales Representative (OSR) and Central Office in Vancouver.

Primary Objectives
  • To achieve and exceed sales targets for each fiscal year.
  • To increase product penetration and drive 'uptake' of seasonal promotions.
  • To deliver high-quality training sessions to Spa Partners, ensuring maximum information retention.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a certified Esthetician.
  • Familiarity with Eminence Organic Skin Care products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle for the assigned territory.
Additional Opportunities
  • Attend annual local Tradeshow(s) and Regional Training Events as a representative of Eminence Organic Skin Care.
  • Participate in the Annual Business Conference in Vancouver, Canada for further training and education.
