Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a full-time, in-person position. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a school site serving K-12 students, providing focused attention and quality therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify and diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students based on assessment results and in collaboration with the IEP team.
  • Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services to students with various communication disorders and delays.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the speech and language needs of students within the educational setting.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development activities as required.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligible for or currently holding a Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state.
  • Experience working with children with a variety of communication disorders is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently.
