We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at our Pet Paradise Resort in Rio Rancho. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pet parents and their furry friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and checking-in pet parents and their pets, ensuring a positive first interaction
  • Organizing and processing check-ins and check-outs, including suite placement and pet care
  • Providing top-notch customer service, responding to phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Completing cashier and point of sale operations, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicating and following through with pet parent and resort leadership requests, ensuring seamless operations
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entranceway, lobby, and restrooms
  • Supporting the cat room and veterinary service team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a pet-related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, with comfort around dogs of all sizes
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
