At Alliant Insurance Services, we're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic account management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations to clients on insurance solutions;
  • Collaborate with producers to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals;
  • Manage the renewal process, including negotiations and contract reviews;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • 6-8 years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field;
  • Valid insurance license and continuing education requirements;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
