Commercial Insurance Account Manager

At Alliant Insurance Services, we're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations to clients on insurance solutions;
- Collaborate with producers to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals;
- Manage the renewal process, including negotiations and contract reviews;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field;
- Valid insurance license and continuing education requirements;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
