About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA Marketing Intern to join our team for a 10-week project. As a marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business and gain valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capture customer problems and opportunities to develop short-term and long-term new product development strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Develop segment and business reviews, working closely with stakeholders to ensure broad alignment of strategies and execution plans.
  • Support sales growth, retention, and profitability through strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.
  • Lead new product launches, including target customer selection, value proposition development, and pricing.
Requirements
  • Anticipated MBA graduation date of May/June 2026.
  • Concentration in Marketing, General Management, or similar.
  • Two years of professional experience pre-MBA.
