Immigration Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team at Ware Immigration. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and staff in providing exceptional immigration services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review immigration filings, including agency submissions and court documents.
- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, both in paper and electronic formats.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates on their cases and addressing their concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs and appeals, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor deadlines and priority dates for all cases, ensuring timely completion of work.
- Collaborate with senior paralegals and attorneys to ensure seamless case management and resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration law, policy, and procedure, and implement these changes into our caseload.
- Maintain accurate records in our case management software, including case steps, deadlines, priority dates, and receipt notices.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including attending professional development conferences and contributing to the Firm's culture and vision.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Paralegal certification or at least 2 years of experience in immigration law.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the Firm's culture and vision.
