Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an Outbound Business Development Professional to join our team at Spherion - Orem. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and bonus opportunities commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales and telemarketing experience, with a proven track record of success in account management and development. They will be responsible for setting qualified appointments for inside or field sales, conducting primary research through interviews with decision makers, and engaging decision makers on the phone to discuss their business pains.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote our company's value proposition and meet or exceed sales goals. They will also be proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.

This is a remote work opportunity, with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with a competitive benefits package including health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set qualified appointments for inside or field sales
  • Conduct primary research through interviews with decision makers
  • Engage decision makers on the phone to discuss their business pains
  • Manage databases and complete accurate reports

Requirements:

  • Prior sales and telemarketing experience
  • Proven success in account management and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Minimum degree requirement: BA/BS (Equivalent work experience will be considered)
