Position Overview

The role supports T-Mobile for Business by delivering strategic training program assistance and managing impactful training initiatives. These initiatives are essential for organization-wide product launches and sales strategies, as well as collaborative programs across TFB and its vendors. The position may involve overseeing the design and execution of training programs and projects, coordinating both departmental and cross-functional teams focused on training Sales Engineers and Field Sales teams, and ensuring comprehensive training requirements for TFB are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate program and project strategies, including detailed execution plans. Lead project kick-offs, cross-functional reviews, and essential program meetings.
  • Establish and oversee project teams and cross-functional groups contributing to various programs, while collaborating with other program managers to identify and resolve inter-project dependencies.
  • Facilitate the integration of feedback and recommendations from each program to enhance and develop best practices. Manage program changes, evaluate risks, and assess potential impacts on program delivery.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by product leadership as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales, or a related field (Required)
  • Experience: 7-10 years in organizational programs, project management, or a related field (Required)
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or program management experience (Required)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Program Management (Required)
  • Budget Management experience (Preferred)
  • Analytical skills (Preferred)
  • Strong Communication abilities (Required)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project (Preferred)
