Job Overview
Millwood Hospital, a 134-bed mental health facility located in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Staff Nurse (R.N.) to join its multidisciplinary team. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and comfort to patients and their families.

About the Role
The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who will prescribe, coordinate, and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of three (2) years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred. Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements: CPR certification and training in appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 30 days of employment. Successful completion of CPI training and Service Excellence Training within 90 days of employment. Certifications may be obtained during new hire orientation.
