Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients in accordance with Moncler's Selling and Service standards, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs, including Average Dollar Transaction, Units per Transaction, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, and more.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest Moncler collections and trends.
  • Proactively follow-up with customer charge sends, repairs, and holds, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Support in inventory preparation and execution, maintaining company merchandise presentation standards.
  • Partner with all employees in the store to maintain a collaborative work environment and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship building.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
