Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maximizing cash flow by ensuring accurate and complete accounting of each member's balance due.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily cash transactions and ensure group receipts are properly loaded into our system.
  • Analyze monthly suspense reports to ensure refunds and adjustments to member accounts occur in a timely manner.
  • Validate ACH bank drafts and maintain documentation and process flow for department policies and procedures.
  • Assist with processing beneficiary requests for account reconciliation in relation to their payments, invoices, and adjustments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in accounts receivable.
  • 1 year of advanced skills with Excel and Access.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must have an understanding of Accounts Receivable and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
