ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager with the acquisition of new memberships while ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing members. A background in fitness, health, or wellness is advantageous but not mandatory.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong sales acumen, exceptional communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Driven by goals with a focus on achieving membership sales for both individual and group stretching sessions, as well as retail products.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with individuals and a sincere desire to assist others in reaching their wellness objectives.
  • Friendly demeanor with the ability to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize the Club Ready software system.
  • Exemplary work ethic characterized by reliability, punctuality, and adherence to attendance standards.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Schedule and confirm stretching sessions for both prospects and current members.
  • Manage front desk operations, welcoming and checking in clients and prospects.
  • Conduct facility tours while building rapport and identifying individual client needs.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Engage in promotional events to enhance studio visibility.
  • Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure readiness for client use, while keeping the studio organized.
  • Participate in staff meetings and required training sessions.
