Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Manage the upkeep of company vehicles, ensuring they are properly serviced and maintained.
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and recruitment events.
  • Engage in additional projects and tasks as assigned by the administrative manager, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative capacity is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
