EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in construction or structural design is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials sector.

- Strong mathematical abilities for construction-related calculations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer and technology applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong listening skills and relationship-building capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to walk, sit, and stand as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily an indoor setting with occasional outdoor responsibilities.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: A valid class D driver's license with a clean driving record.
