Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our proven sales system in the field, utilizing the training provided to achieve monthly insurance sales goals.
  • Update reports, records, and organizational tools to accurately track progress and maintain a portfolio of current clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients and maintain a strong client base.
  • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients, listening to their individual circumstances to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire.
