Enterprise Mobility Return Agent

Join our team at Enterprise Mobility, a leading provider of car rental services, as a Return Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome
  • Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts
  • Provide information on transportation to the airport terminal
  • Thank customers and inquire about their satisfaction
  • Discreetly check vehicles for damage and complete damage reports
  • Identify and tag vehicles for grounding or maintenance
  • Keep the lot organized and ensure smooth traffic flow
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
