This is a full-time position.
The starting pay rate for this role is $16.00/hour, with a $2.00 shift differential for weekend shifts (pays $16.00/hour Monday-Friday, and $18.00/hour on Saturday and Sunday).
Key Responsibilities:
We are currently hiring for immediate openings.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents, and management to ensure adequate vehicle availability.
Greet members upon their arrival at the facility.
Guide customers to the exit booth, providing local directions and maps as well as return instructions when necessary.
Assist members with inquiries and concerns to reduce counter visits.
Communicate customer service issues to management.
Ensure accurate completion of hangtag information.
Maintain cleanliness and low mileage fleet mix requirements.
Keep the Emerald Aisle tidy.
Express gratitude to members for their business.
Provide upgraded vehicles upon request.
Perform additional customer service-related tasks as directed by management to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
This is a full-time position.
The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00/hour with bonus opportunities.
