Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to lead our Marketing Analytics team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Your primary focus will be on strategy, execution, and adoption of data-driven solutions to optimize marketing decisions. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify opportunities, size dependencies, and make recommendations for marketing approaches to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Consulting: Partner with marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to achieve business goals.
- Test Design and Analysis: Develop valid test designs, ensure statistically significant results, and generate actionable insights.
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Provide post-campaign analysis, including media performance, consumer/audience performance, and trends.
- Advanced Analytics: Define and execute the marketing analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities for advanced analytics and working with analytics partners to develop solutions.
- Agency Partnership: Collaborate with creative/media agencies to share data and insights, and design recommended media mix to support effective execution and optimization of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical discipline such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
- Advanced experience in multiple marketing strategies, including marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, experimental test design, and media mix model development.
- 5+ years of analytics experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing change, leading and energizing others, modeling adaptability, and inspiring strong organizational performance.
- Current or recent experience in a large, highly matrixed company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive presence.
- Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
