Responsibilities

* Coordinate pharmacy activities to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients
* Ensure patient safety by overseeing medication ordering and inventory management
* Provide patient drug counseling and meds to beds program oversight
* Collaborate with the pharmacist in charge to achieve departmental goals

Qualifications

* Current state Registered Pharmacist License
* Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred
* B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred
* BLS certification and ACLS certification preferred
