About the Role:
The Medical Professional we are seeking will be responsible for delivering safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
As a key member of our team, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice and direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
You will be directly responsible and accountable for the care given to your assigned patients and communicate with physicians about changes in the patient's clinical condition.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice
- Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel
- Communicate with physicians about changes in the patient's clinical condition
Requirements:
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred
- Ventilator Management experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
