Position Overview:
The Broadcast Media Installation Lead is tasked with overseeing the installation of advanced media and audio-visual technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage on-site installation activities for various technology projects.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of installation tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate multiple installation teams, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support for systems including video conferencing, control room technologies, and digital signage.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting work performed by employees and subcontractors.
- Manage tools, materials, and inventory to ensure efficient project execution.
- Keep accurate records of project progress and report to management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- AVIXA CTS Certification and OSHA 30 Certificate are preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in installation, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast, audio, video, and networking equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- Pay Type: Hourly
- Minimum Hiring Rate: $40.00
- Maximum Hiring Rate: $50.00
