Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

At BioTouch, we are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytical knowledge and in-depth understanding of NetSuite to optimize our business processes and uncover opportunities within our supply chain and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to plan, scope, gather, understand, and analyze business requirements related to NetSuite, translating these into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Apply business analysis knowledge and creativity to drive requirements work from planning and elaboration to validation and communication throughout the requirements lifecycle.
  • Utilize strong analytical capabilities to decompose complex business models, specify critical functions, and identify inter-dependencies for design considerations within NetSuite.
  • Engage with business and technology partners to clarify NetSuite application functions, processes, and data flows, aligning them with business and technology capabilities or constraints.
  • Integrate NetSuite solutions into business workstreams, including the provision of enablement materials and training agendas to facilitate adoption and integration.
  • Verify through various testing practices (e.g., UAT) that NetSuite solutions meet functional specifications and resolve specified business problems.
  • Maintain awareness of NetSuite technology components and their relevancy to functional modules, especially their advantages in advancing business position and improving user journeys.
  • Continuously advance our business capabilities for automation, insights, or market offering services within NetSuite to promote forward-thinking opportunities for our business.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO27001 standards, incorporating privacy, security, and data protection best practices into all aspects of commercial application management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to identify, negotiate, and mitigate difficult circumstances (e.g., demanding stakeholders, changing requirements scope).
  • Ability to listen, think independently, and be a curious and creative individual.
  • A sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to plan, lead, and direct tactical activities to scope work effort and capture business requirements for analysis, prioritizing features to produce required business outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable and capable of conducting and managing NetSuite requirements of varying complexity through its lifecycle, validating, or presenting with business partners and technologists.
  • Experience in business case development incorporating a broader enterprise view of the business value proposition, including functional analysis, workflow analysis, impact analysis (organization, cost), and risk analysis.
  • Experience in client training activities, ranging from quick reference or user guides, conducting functional walkthroughs, creating training materials, and addressing FAQs to integrate NetSuite functions into business activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a role interacting significantly with business and technology leaders, defining business operations, workflows, and technology solutions.
  • Experience in vendor management, training, support escalation, and system adoption best practices.
  • Knowledgeable in HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO27001 standards, with experience implementing compliance measures in IT solutions.
  • Domain knowledge in one or more industries, with a preference for Printing or Health/Supply Chain, and a broad understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in Agile frameworks, participating in Agile practices, and familiarity with product development, DevOps practices, and microservices.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in delivering IT solutions, with a strong background in partner management and strategy formulation.
