As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for assessing and mitigating information risk, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to security and access management planning meetings, project teams, and workgroups as required.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards that meet existing and newly developed policy and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI.
  • Report, review, and audit adherence to established security policies and standards for assigned areas.
  • Manage access privileges to systems, applications, and functions for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Provide in-depth gathering, analysis, and interpretation of data from IT systems as needed to aid in investigations of security-related incidents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Science/Business required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of technical experience in an enterprise-wide system, network, or security-related IT position.
  • Enterprise-wide Network/System Administration or Engineering experience.
  • Leadership, project management, use of methodology, time management, and organizational skills to direct security efforts with the project team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expert level knowledge of and extensive experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, networks, and network security technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills needed to communicate successfully both orally and in writing with individuals/groups and interact with people at all levels.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to stressful situations, including those involving public contact, trauma, grief, and death. The ability to wear personal protective equipment, including latex materials or appropriate substitutes, is also required.
