Global Security Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Security and Compliance to join our team at Humentum. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy to protect our organization and its assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Security Leadership
    • Develop and implement a strategic security plan to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of our staff and assets.
    • Provide guidance and support to our teams on security protocols and procedures.
    • Collaborate with our Emergency Response Team to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.
    • Manage and maintain our security policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Policy and Process Development
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure our operations are not disrupted in the event of a security incident.
    • Ensure our security protocols and procedures are communicated effectively to all staff and stakeholders.
    • Develop and deliver security training programs to educate staff on security best practices.
  • Training, Communication and Coordination
    • Monitor global security threats and provide regular updates to our staff and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with our executive leadership team to ensure security is integrated into our overall business strategy.
    • Build and maintain relationships with security professionals and organizations to stay informed about best practices and emerging threats.
    • Develop and deliver security awareness programs to educate staff on security best practices.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Oversee and manage our security operations, including event security and travel security.
    • Manage our security vendors and contractors, ensuring they are providing high-quality services.
    • Participate in fraud and ethics case management, ensuring security is integrated into our overall risk management strategy.
    • Coordinate medical and security evacuations, ensuring our staff are protected in the event of an emergency.
  • Facilities
    • Oversee and manage our office facilities, ensuring they are secure and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Participate in event planning and execution, ensuring security is integrated into our overall event strategy.
    • Manage our facilities budget, ensuring we are allocating resources effectively to support our security operations.
