About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team at Capgemini. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
