Job Summary:

Mary Ann's Baking is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, hand and power tools.
  • Move, assemble, install, or dismantle machinery as required.
  • Interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and sketches to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Analyze plans for new equipment and map out space to unpack and assemble new equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems and repair or replace worn or broken parts as necessary.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifters, and cranes to move heavy or unwieldy machinery.
  • Perform welding, fabrication, or calibration as needed.
  • Ensure all work site safety requirements and regulations are followed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • OSHA Forklift Operator Certification may be required.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. The ideal candidate will have gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
