Position Summary:

ZipRecruiter is in search of an Enterprise Client Success Strategist to bolster our rapidly expanding Enterprise sector. In this role, you will be accountable for managing multiple Enterprise client accounts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective client onboarding, implementation, training, and engagement, while also providing valuable strategic insights and recommendations to guarantee client success on our platform. You will collaborate with our Enterprise Sales and Product Strategy teams to optimize client ROI, fostering long-term account growth. Building relationships will be a key focus, including direct communication with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies and similarly sized organizations, with the aim of delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and recruitment specialist to key customer stakeholders.
  • Develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their challenges and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their recruitment objectives and maximize their ROI.
  • Oversee account setup and manage the implementation process to launch, including customer training and onboarding to ensure client success.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales and Product Strategy teams to deliver results and enhance the customer experience, leading to revenue retention, renewals, and upsells.
  • Establish success criteria with clients and monitor performance to ensure targets are consistently exceeded.
  • Utilize data and analytics to enhance the effectiveness of each client's recruitment advertising campaigns and demonstrate long-term customer value.
  • Serve as a liaison between our clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for enhancements that improve our product and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of various industry technologies and ZipRecruiter products and services.
  • Travel to client locations as necessary to review performance and recommend additional product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • 1+ year of experience working with Enterprise and/or high-value clients.
  • Experience in Recruitment Advertising and/or Performance-Based Advertising.
  • Strong passion for delivering excellent client service and creating outstanding experiences for customers.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations using data storytelling techniques.
  • Experience with programmatic platforms is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong time-management skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to feedback and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in building rapport and establishing relationships with clients and colleagues, including sales and product/technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in ambiguous situations with limited direction.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to identify issues/opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance our product and customer experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$96,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
