About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead our Tavern Restaurant's business activities and develop effective business strategies and programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and managing our organization's business operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Operations: Formulate and enforce company policies, coordinate and oversee daily restaurant operations, and monitor and motivate staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage operational costs, improve revenue, and generate reports for sales and cost of goods sold.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and engage with vendors to maintain relationships and generate new business.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train employees, provide ongoing training and evaluations, and monitor financial activities.
  • Travel: Possible travel between multiple locations within the valley to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous restaurant management experience and good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a highly organized approach.
  • Skills: Budgeting, finance skills, and computer literacy.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive nature, good interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
