Clinical Research Coordinator

At Della Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical research studies from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Study Coordination: Track participants through the study, ensure procedures are completed on time, and oversee the overall conduct of the study.
- Research Administration: Assist with the planning and development of training for junior personnel, provide full supervision to research assistants and student interns, and manage the performance review process.
- Network Coordination: Oversee current network of partnering sites, lead site engagement, and identify, select, and negotiate additional studies and sites.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health services research, exercise and sports science, public health, or epidemiology.
- Specialized knowledge in clinical research principles, including the ability to plan and design methodologies for monitoring data collection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work and communicate with diverse populations effectively and professionally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in human-subjects research, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and initiative.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and REDCap.
