ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our home services to customers in our partner retail locations.
Responsibilities- Work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings.
- Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, and have one of our industry experts take over from there.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Work independently, representing our brand in person in our partner retail locations.
- 2 years of sales experience or lead generation experience required.
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed.
- Hourly Pay of $17 to $18 and Bonus / Commission Structure equals potential for $25 to $30 per hour or more.
- Part-time schedule with opportunities for overtime.
- Locations in Miami, FL and West Park, FL.
