Wound Care Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wound Care Program Manager to join our team at Monroe Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for the implementation, management, and strategic growth of our outpatient Wound Care Center and HBO programs, as well as inpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day program operations, including budgeting, revenue and cost management, reimbursement, quality management, performance improvement, marketing, and community education
- Maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Develop and implement effective marketing and community education strategies to promote the Wound Care Center and HBO programs
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Monitor and evaluate program metrics to ensure quality of care and patient satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manipulate various types of electronic and clinical equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Knowledge of growth and development appropriate to the patient population served
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or business administration
- Wound Care Certification
