Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including progress notes, medication lists, and other relevant data.

Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) where you will be working.
  • One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on home health care or a related field.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age-specific needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
