Vaco is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our IT Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for a variety of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Escalate tickets as necessary, providing detailed documentation and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to our staff of 200 employees.
  • Monitor and maintain our manufacturing systems and network.
  • Provide end-user support with a high level of customer service.
  • Provide end-user support training.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
