We are seeking a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at ARG Industrial in Seattle. This vital role involves spearheading our sales efforts, fostering client connections, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Grow market share in a designated territory with existing and potential customers.
  • Contact customers and prospective customers through appointments and cold calls.
  • Work with various contacts at customer locations, including Maintenance, Purchasing, Planners, Engineers, and Safety personnel.
  • Coordinate with the ARG team inside to deliver quotes, products, and services that exceed customer expectations.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers and work to understand their needs.
  • Provide on-site expertise, solve problems, and make product recommendations.
  • Attend training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new products and special promotions.
  • Accurately use CRM and control sales expenses.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the hose and fitting or other industrial distribution sector.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Highest levels of self-discipline.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
